Park Cafe Food & Beverage Co., Ltd (Park Café) is a leading Cambodian-owned company operating a chain of restaurants and cafés under the brand “Park Café” in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. The Company targets the capital city’s middle-class and working professional communities with affordable western and Asian cuisine in relaxed and comfortable outlets across the city. In 2012, Park Café has partnered with Cambodia-Laos Development Fund, a Luxembourg-based private equity fund managed by Singapore-registered Emerging Markets Investments Pte., Ltd.

Now Park Café seeking a consultancy to support development of a professional Restaurant Operation and Rollout Manual that is based on industry best-practice whilst being practically feasible for effective implementation in all Park Café’s existing and future outlets.

Jobs Descriptions

The scope of the consultancy is expected to cover the following areas:

1. Assembly of a cross-functional team from among the Management Team development of a strategy for engaging the team during the development of the manual;

2. Development of a comprehensive Operational and Rollout Manual(s) that may cover but need not be limited to

a. Menu and kitchen management

b. Dining room management

c. Purchasing and inventory

d. Personnel administration, including employee training

e. Safety and security

f. Marketing and promotion

g. Equipment and facilities management

h. Construction and renovation;

3. With the cross-functional team, “roll-out” of the Operational Manual in all outlets, interpreted as comparing existing outlets with the specifications of the manual to describe actions management can adopt to improve performance consistent with the manual.
